Responsibilities:
Perform business analysis in data-intensive environments, including requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories definition, and UAT support.
- Define, implement, and monitor Data Quality rules and metrics, including data profiling, scoring, root cause analysis, and remediation planning.
- Translate business requirements into clear, traceable data quality specifications.
- Collaborate closely with data owners, data stewards, and technical teams to ensure data quality issues are properly addressed.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders across business and IT.
- Prepare and present SteerCo reports, dashboards, and insights to support informed decision-making.
- Work in an international and multicultural environment, contributing to global data initiatives.
Essential skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven or data-intensive environments.
Strong expertise in Data Quality:
Data profiling
- Business rule definition
- Data quality scoring
- Root cause analysis
- Remediation planning
Solid technical background, including:
SQL
- Power BI
Data governance tools such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, or Informatica
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and best practices.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing complex communication flows.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); experience working with international teams is mandatory
