Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, workshops, backlog refinements, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Monitor deliveries and validate compliance with defined requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, with a strong focus on the banking/financial sector — mandatory.
- Fluent French (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments with technical teams (developers and QA).
Strong proficiency in ticketing and documentation tools, such as:
Jira
- Azure DevOps
- Confluence (or similar)
- Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
