Job Title: Architect (inside Kuwait only )
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and construction documents
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and project timelines
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve shop drawings and materials
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- [2]+ years of professional architectural experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Architectural license [required / preferred]
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with [residential / commercial / mixed-use / industrial] projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design and green building practices
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
