MID Construction Group is looking for a Data Manager to join our Operations team. This is a remote, part-time role reporting directly to Executive Leadership and focused on building clean, scalable, and reliable data systems across multiple organization
Pay: $6/hour | Part-time

Role Overview
You’ll own our end-to-end data ecosystem—data inventory, quality, integrity, and long-term strategy. This role ensures our data is accurate, compliant, and actionable to support current operations and future growth. You’ll also be the go-to person for all data-related reporting and availability.
What You’ll Do
- Own data inventory across all entities (volume, freshness, and quality)
- Build and execute company-wide data strategy and governance
- Manage data sourcing, enrichment tools, and ETL workflows
- Forecast future data needs based on growth and headcount
- Create dashboards for data quality, performance, and usage
- Enforce compliance and data integrity standards
- Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Leadership to keep systems unified and clean
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in data management, operations, analytics, or data strategy
- Experience contributing to or owning data strategy
- Strong knowledge of CRMs, lead systems, ETL, and enrichment tools
- Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills

Pay: From E£282.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
