Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Physics instruction aligned with CBSE & NEP-2020 frameworks:

Implement experiential, inquiry-based, and competency-focused teaching:
Integrate ICT tools, simulations, and digital resources into classroom instruction
Prepare students for Board Exams, Olympiads, and competitive assessments:
Conduct laboratory experiments, projects, and research-based activities:
Design assessments focusing on conceptual clarity and higher-order thinking skills:
Mentor students and contribute to academic planning and enrichment programs

Eligibility & Qualifications
- TGT/PGT Physics: B.Sc/M.sc in Physics + B.Ed:

Minimum 2-5 years of CBSE teaching experience preferred
Strong understanding of competency-based assessment & pedagogy:
Proficiency in digital teaching tools and blended learning
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
