Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Recommend suitable aluminium products based on customer needs.
- Support Sales Executives with quotations, follow-ups, and lead management.
- Maintain sales records and ensure excellent customer service.
- Occasionally assist in field visits and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Sales or customer service experience (metals/building materials is a plus).
- Able to speak Chinese (Mandarin )
- Basic knowledge of aluminium products.
- Good communication, organization, and computer skills.
- Willing to travel locally and outstation.
- Own car and valid driving license.
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
