Have you ever contacted a call center in Hungary? Then it’s likely your call passed through VCC Live’s cloud contact center software. Our platform powers the majority of Hungary’s call centers and is used in over 50+ countries worldwide.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Your mission is to communicate proactively, take ownership, and move initiatives forward while helping the team deliver value and meet sprint goals.
- We expect you to write high-quality code following modern industry standards, established practices, and proven design patterns.
- Contribute to the integration of AI technologies and the development of AI-driven features within our platform.
- Be able to help the team with any technical challenges they have, planning, code review and pair programming.
WHO YOU ARE
Have at least 5 years of professional experience in:
- JavaScript (ES6), Typescript
- React
- Up to date with modern HTML, CSS and Browser APIs
Knowledge of the following technologies or practices will be an advantage:
- Git
- GraphQL
- Familiarity with UX/UI tools - Figma
- Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- TDD, Cypress
- Microservices, Docker
- Backend technologies: PHP, Go,MySQL
