Job Summary
Duties
- Greet Residents and Families with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Offering refreshments and food to our Residents, Families and Guests during the day.
- Assist Residents with food choices, providing information about the menu and specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house and communal areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
- Help create a pleasant atmosphere by ensuring that all who come into the Home feel valued and attended to.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services, preferably in a Nursing Home Setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to help build rapport with Residents, Families and team members alike.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and assisting Residents' needs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including alternative weekends.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
