Job Title: CNC Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise CNC drilling and routing for PCB production
- Ensure machine setup, quality, and productivity
- Troubleshoot CNC and PCB process issues
- Manage and train CNC operators
- Follow safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in CNC & PCB processes
- Strong knowledge of PCB drilling and routing
- Ability to read PCB drawings and CNC programs
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
