Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of CNC machining operations (Turning / Milling)
Ability to read job cards, drawings, and process sheets
Hands-on experience with various kinds of production machinery
Skilled in team handling, shift discipline, and operator supervision
Knowledge of tool management, setup changeovers, and in-process inspection
Familiar with production tracking (manual or digital) and reporting
Good communication and troubleshooting ability
Key Responsibilities
Production Execution:
Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per plan. Plan vs Actual.
Capacity Utilisation:Monitor machine utilization and setup efficiency, Verify IoT / Digital data and complete shift-wise reports
Quality & Inspection - Conduct first-piece approval (FPA) and verify in-process inspection records
Manpower & Discipline - Allocate work, communicate targets, Maintain process discipline, safety, 5S standards and company policies
Tool & Setup Management:Supervise setup changeovers and tool issue/return
Shift Handover & Reporting - Maintain ownership culture for workstation handover and shift handovers. Communication & team work
Improvement & Safety - Participate in Kaizen/DSI, 5S, and Process improvement activities Work Order Traceability - Ensure WIP discipline, labelling, internal movement and storage guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
