Location: Solaris Mont Kiara
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Board of Directors on contractual, commercial, and cost-related matters
- Manage the full spectrum of pre
- and post-contract activities, including tender preparation and main contractor claims
- Attend tender briefings, project meetings, and progress discussions when required
- Liaise and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders
- Provide contractual and cost management support to the Contracts Department
- Execute assigned tasks independently with mínimal supervision, primarily in an office-based environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with a Main Contractor
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English
- Skilled in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Own transport required
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM2,800 - RM3,100
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS
- Parking allowance
- 5-day work week (8.00am to 4.30pm) (Saturday work may be required when necessary)
