Swift Shift Vehicle Transportation is seeking a dedicated and reliable Vehicle Transport Specialist to join our growing team. As a Vehicle Transport Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of vehicles to and from various locations. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. On average, our drivers complete 2 to 3 jobs per day, helping us maintain our reputation for efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport vehicles to designated destinations while adhering to all safety and traffic regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the transport process.
- Inspect vehicles before and after transport for any damage, documenting findings and addressing concerns as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., bills of lading, inspection reports) is completed accurately.
- Monitor and track vehicle transport schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Complete your first drop between 08:00 and 09:00 promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in vehicle transport or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license. MUST BE CLEAN.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle vehicles with care.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling issues.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Weekends available.
- Must have held your licence for a minimum of 5 years.
