About the Role:
Key Responsibilities

Write short-form scripts (15-60 sec) for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
Write long-form YouTube scripts (5-10 minutes) when required
Create strong hooks, storytelling formats, and CTA-driven content
Research skincare ingredients, routines, product benefits, and trends
Adapt tone for educational, entertaining, and viral-style content:

Align content with brand voice and audience preferences
Repurpose ideas across multiple platforms (IG, YouTube, Shorts, etc.
Requirements
Proven experience in content writing for social media or YouTube:
Strong understanding of skincare & makeup (ingredients, routines, skin types)
Ability to write conversational, engaging, and scroll-stopping scripts:
Familiar with Instagram & YouTube algorithms (hooks, retention, CTA)
Excellent English writing skills (Hinglish is a plus)
Ability to meet deadlines consistently

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
