Description
Technical & Maintenance Duties
- Perform routine inspection, servicing, and maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Assist in installation, repair, and replacement of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and carry out corrective actions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
- Ensure proper functioning of machinery, utilities, and safety systems
Facility Support
- Carry out general maintenance work such as painting, carpentry, minor civil repairs, and fittings
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
Safety & Compliance
- Follow safety procedures, guidelines, and standard operating practices
- Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
- Report hazards, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and checklists
- Report daily work status and issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
