Job Title: Telecaller (Only Female can apply)
Location: Laxmi Nagar
Salary: ₹9,000 - ₹15,000 + Incentives + Attendance Bonus
Experience: Fresher / 0-2 years (Both welcome)
We are urgently hiring energetic Telecallers for our sales team.
Your main job will be to call customers, explain our [product/service], understand their needs and close sales on call.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by company
- Explain product/service benefits clearly & convincingly
- Handle customer queries & objections politely
- Achieve daily/weekly calling & sales targets
- Maintain daily calling report & update CRM
- Build good relationship with customers for repeat business
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi + English (must speak clearly & confidently)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing)
- Freshers with good speaking skills are most welcome
