Description
Greet customers courteously and assist them with product inquiries and purchases
- Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and store policies
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays
- Replenish shelves and ensure stock is properly labeled and organized
- Monitor inventory levels and report low or damaged stock to supervisors
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Support opening and closing store procedures as assigned
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
