We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Beautician to join our Aesthetic team at O2 Klinik. You will support doctors in aesthetic procedures and ensure patients receive the best experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist doctors in aesthetic & cosmetic treatments
- Provide skincare consultation
- Perform front desk duties (registration, appointments, calls)
- Promote and upsell aesthetic treatments & skincare products:
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms & equipment
- Guide patients on waiting time and consultation rooms
- Assist doctors during examinations and routine procedures
- Operate aesthetic equipment professionally
- Other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum certificate in any field
- At least 2 years experience in beauty, skincare, or aesthetics
- Knowledge of beauty treatments and skincare products
- Pleasant personality with strong communication skills
- Customer-service oriented & sales driven
- Able to work weekends & public holidays
- Computer literate & detail-oriented
- Able to speak English, Malay & Mandarin
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
