The Role
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Associate. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, building our online community, and handling the essential administration for our AI KOL projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Plan, film, and edit daily content (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) using mobile tools like CapCut.
- Copywriting: Write catchy captions and creative scripts that resonate with our audience.
- Community Management: Engage with followers and stay ahead of social media trends and viral sounds.
- Admin Support: Manage administrative tasks for AI KOLs, including preparing Service Agreements (SPK) and processing invoices.
- Reporting: Track basic engagement metrics (likes, shares, growth) to monitor performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years in social media or digital marketing (strong portfolios from fresh grads are welcome).
- Skills: Proficient in mobile video editing (CapCut) and basic design (Canva).
- Administrative Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to handle basic paperwork and financial documents.
- Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms.
- Mindset: Creative, organized, and proactive.
