Job Scope:
- Greet and attend to walk-in and online customers
- Handle customer enquiries regarding motorcycles and the purchasing process
- Possess good product knowledge to advise customers professionally
- Assist customers throughout the entire buying journey
- Actively engage on social media and create weekly marketing content
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
- Good marketing and communication skills
- Storyteller, team player, result-oriented, motivated, proactive, and accountable
- At least one (1) year of retail sales experience in a related field, or
- Experience in customer service is an added advantage
Must love motorcycles. Passion for motorcycles is essential.
Aggressive mindset and good attitude required. Your income is decided by you.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
