St Brendan’s GAA Club (Dublin) is seeking enthusiastic and supportive coaches to lead our Ladies Gaelic Football for All and Gaelic for Mothers and Others program. The focus on fun, fitness, participation, and community, welcoming adults of all backgrounds and experience levels.

Sessions run on Monday evenings from 7pm to 8pm, primarily on the Drumalee Astroturf at Aughrim Street Sportshall.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging weekly sessions including:

  • Warm‑up
  • Light fitness and strength work
  • Fun games
  • A short match
  • Cool‑down
  • Create a positive, inclusive environment suitable for all fitness and skill levels
  • Follow the ethos and guidance of the Gaelic for Mothers and Others programme
  • Work collaboratively with players and liaise with the club’s Executive Committee
  • Promote player safety and good practice at all times

Requirements:

  • Experience coaching Gaelic games or similar sports
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to work with adult beginners and mixed‑ability groups
  • Positive, patient, and motivating coaching style
  • Relevant coaching qualifications (desirable but not essential)
  • Garda vetting and safeguarding compliance (or willingness to obtain)
