Description
AA Euro Healthcare is currently seeking experienced and motivated Social Care Workers to join clients based in Longfordand surrounding areas to support the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations alongside the Deputy Person in Charge
- Assist with the implementation of individual care plans
- Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and policies
- Provide safe, person-centred care
- Promote resident independence and community involvement
- Complete key working duties as assigned
Requirements:
- QQI Level 7 Degree qualification in Social Care/Studies from an accredited institution
- A recognised qualification equivalent to the Irish Level 7 award (NARIC)
- CORU Registered
- Excellent communication and engagement skills.
- At least one year of recent experience in a similar role.
- Ability to promote independence in individuals with support needs.
- A thorough understanding of HIQA regulations.
- Full clean driving licence with access to a car preferred
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland without the need of sponsorship.
