Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience);
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in change management and problem management activities of IT Services;
- Minimum 2 years in configuration management or in a similar capacity. Proven experience on preparing the PIR (Post Incident Reviews) and RCA (Root Cause Analyze) documents of IT Services.
Duties/role:
- Participating in and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to assess, authorize, and oversee changes to the IT environment;
- Evaluating change requests to ensure alignment with business objectives and minimization of risks;
- Maintaining a robust change management process, including documentation, communication, and post‑implementation reviews.
