Description
We are actively seeking experienced Senior Bar Staff to join our vibrant Restaurant / Bar between Loughrea and Athenry.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Ideally good working knowledge of food, wine and cocktails. Be able to make recommendations.
Ensure adequate stock in the bar and ensuring all back of house areas are kept clean and up to standard.
Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
In the absence of a manager ensure all sections are allocated appropriately amongst the team.
Requirements:
The ability to work on own initiative and be very organised.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in a high volume / fast paced environment
Have excellent people skills and be extremely customer focused.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €14.00-€17.00 per hour
