Description
We’re looking to hire a reliable, hands-on multiskilled maintenance technician to help with snagging and finishing mobile homes on a 6-month contract.
The ideal person will have an eye for detail, take pride in high-quality work, and be able to turn their hand to a bit of everything — including minor plumbing and general repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out snagging inspections on mobile homes (spotting issues before handover)
- Fix and finish common snag items such as: Doors, hinges, handles, catches and locks
- Sealing/siliconing neatly and correctly
- Touch-up painting and cosmetic repairs Minor joinery and trim work
- Replacing fittings and small fixtures
- Basic plumbing work
- Fixing leaks, replacing taps, traps, toilet issues, waste pipes, etc.
- General maintenance and repair tasks as needed
- Keep work areas clean and leave each home tidy after completion
- Report bigger issues that require specialist trades
What We’re Looking For
- Practical, capable of doing a bit of everything
- Strong eye for detail (snagging is all about finishing properly)
- Good problem-solver, able to work independently
- Experience in maintenance / construction / mobile homes (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual and professional
Contract - 6-month contract (Option to extend depending on workload and performance)
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: €16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
