Job description:
Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and take accurate orders in a timely and friendly manner.
• Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and accurately process payments.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels as needed.
• Respond to customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when required
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
