Are you motivated by owning a global product portfolio, setting strategic direction, and working close to both customers and technology? In this role, you will take full product ownership of Solenoid Valves and Compressor Oil Management, a portfolio generating ~EUR 60 million in annual revenuewith strong growth potential.
You will operate in a highly complex global market, collaborating across R&D, Sales, Marketing, and customers worldwide - from mature markets to fast-developing regions. This is a role for someone who thrives in a matrix organization and enjoys turning market insight into winning product strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As Product Manager, you will act as the global ambassador and business ownerfor your product area, with end-to-end responsibility across the product lifecycle.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Own the global strategy, roadmap, and business developmentfor Solenoid Valves and Compressor Oil Management
- Drive portfolio performance, competitiveness, and financial health(growth and profitability)
Define clear product positioning and value propositions:
Lead product life cycle planning, prioritization, and portfolio management
- Actively contribute to front-end (Pre-NPD)activities, including customer engagement and business cases
- Collaborate closely with R&Don product specifications and future development
- Partner with Global Salesto support regional initiatives, pipeline execution, pricing, and customer cases
- Support Segment Marketing and MARCOM with fact packs, heat maps, and targeted campaigns
- Lead and participate in cross-functional product teams, ensuring focus on strategic priorities
Provide operational guidance to Product Support Engineers
