Are you ready to make a meaningful impact as a Klantenadviseur in Verzekeringen? Located in Loncin, this part-time role (30 hours per week) will have you working Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM, starting June 2, 2025. If you're customer-oriented, communicative, and love helping people, this position is tailor-made for you! As the first point of contact for our customers via phone in an outbound campaign, you'll focus on providing a positive experience without the pressure of sales targets. Your goal will be to support and inform existing customers proactively.
On a typical day, you'll reach out to customers to gauge their satisfaction, provide information about products or services, and offer additional support as needed. You'll engage with customers considering canceling their insurance, listen to their concerns, and propose suitable solutions or alternatives. Additionally, you'll schedule advisory or service calls and conduct structured surveys to gather valuable feedback on our services.

- Fluency in Dutch and French, both written and spoken
- Customer-friendly, empathetic, and commercially minded
- Excellent listening skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work precisely and independently
- Experience in customer service or telephony is a plus, but not required
- No specific diploma required - motivation and dedication are more important to us
