Job Overview

Duties

• Efficiently stock shelves with products, ensuring proper placement and rotation of items.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and manage stock effectively.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload products safely.
• Perform inventory control tasks to maintain accurate stock counts.
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including checking in products and preparing outgoing shipments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and locating products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely restocking of merchandise.
• Engage in heavy lifting as required to move products throughout the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
• Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is beneficial.
• Knowledge of retail math for accurate inventory tracking is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
