Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the estate grounds, buildings, and perimeter fences to identify any security breaches or safety hazards.
  • Monitor CCTV systems continuously to oversee activity across the property using surveillance technology such as CCTV cameras.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, including administering first aid or CPR if necessary.
  • Maintain detailed logs of all patrols, incidents, and observations during overnight shifts.
  • Enforce estate policies by managing access points and verifying identification of staff or authorized visitors.
  • Manage conflict situations with professionalism and calmness, ensuring safety for all individuals on site.

Requirements:

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with guests
  • Keen and observant eye to ensure any suspicious activity does not go unnoticed
  • Ability to act with integrity and in a professional manner
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • CPR certified is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
