Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable Agency E.D Nurses in Offaly to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide short-term or long-term coverage at partner facilities, delivering safe, patient-centered care while adapting quickly to new environments.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
- Conduct assessments, monitor patient conditions, and document findings accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and support staff
- Maintain clear, professional communication with facility staff and agency coordinators
- Respond to emergencies and follow proper protocols
- Uphold infection control and safety standards
- Adapt quickly to different units and facility workflows
Requirements:
- Must be registered with NMBI
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 6 months of general nursing experience in Ireland
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple facilities
