Job Summary

The Projects Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing Facilities Management, Operations, and Maintenance projects, including government projects, ensuring full compliance with Saudi regulations, contractual requirements, budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Facilities Management, Operations, and Maintenance projects, including government projects.
• Prepare technical and financial studies, cost estimates, and project pricing.
• Manage tenders and submissions through the Etimad Platform, including bidding, awarding, and contracting stages.
• Develop and implement project schedules, operational plans, and budget controls.
• Supervise contractors, service providers, and internal teams to achieve project KPIs.
• Prepare technical and financial reports and submit them to senior management and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Government Procurement Regulations, QHSE standards, and company policies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Facilities Management, Operations, and Maintenance Project Management.
• Proven experience in managing government projects and dealing with government entities.
• Strong experience in tendering and using the Etimad Platform.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• PMP - Project Management Professional
• CFM - Certified Facility Manager
• LEED GA - Green Building & Sustainability
• NEBOSH / OSHA / ISO certifications are an advantage
