Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and User Experience Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing and User Experience Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing user engagement activities, promoting our cafeteria, handling sales vouchers, implementing marketing strategies for new outlets, designing and printing posters, creating marketing videos, managing social media content and digital marketing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities
A. Marketing - Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer reach, and lead generation across all platforms.
- Manage the company’s social media channels, including content planning, creation, scheduling, engagement monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Create short-form marketing videos, visuals, and written content to promote food offerings, campaigns, outlets, and brand initiatives.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including vouchers, discounts, and seasonal promotions, to drive footfall and revenue growth.
- Support marketing initiatives for new outlet launches, including basic market research, target audience profiling, and promotional roll-out planning.
- Design, coordinate, and oversee the production and printing of marketing collaterals such as posters, banners, table-tents, and in-store visuals.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas for marketing and positioning.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
B. On-Site User Experience - Engagement, Satisfaction & Feedback
- Plan, organise, and manage on-site user engagement activities to enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Coordinate and execute cafeteria engagement initiatives (e.g. festive activities, themed events, campaigns) in collaboration with operations and culinary teams.
- Conduct user satisfaction surveys, analyse feedback, identify key issues and trends, and propose practical improvement actions.
- Track customer feedback, enquiries, and recurring concerns, and work with internal teams to support resolution and service enhancement.
- Support the implementation and follow-up of approved user experience improvement initiatives on-site.
C. Collaboration & General Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Culinary, L&D, and Management) to ensure marketing and user engagement initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records related to marketing activities, campaigns, and user experience initiatives.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management in line with the role’s scope.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and user engagement, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, video editing software, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving marketing objectives.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis.
