Job Summary
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of equipment and machinery in a manufacturing facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility by conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing necessary repairs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze equipment performance and conduct routine maintenance
- Repair and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC/R systems
- Utilize tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment
- Welding tasks as needed for equipment repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in a manufacturing environment
Skills
- Proficiency in analyzing and diagnosing equipment malfunctions
- Knowledge of high voltage systems and hydraulics
- Experience with using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools
- Ability to weld for equipment repair purposes
- Familiarity with electrical systems in a manufacturing setting
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
