Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders for multiple 3PL clients accurately and on time
- Read and follow pick tickets, packing instructions, and client-specific requirements
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock organization
- Prepare shipments, print labels, and stage orders for carrier pickup
- Assist with returns processing and quality control checks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
- Support other warehouse tasks as needed to meet daily deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Warehouse, fulfillment, or pick-and-pack experience preferred
- Comfortable working on a computer and using web-based systems
- Basic familiarity with Google Suite (especially Google Sheets)
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing 50+ pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent 40-hour schedule
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required)
- 3PL or multi-client warehouse experience
- Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus, not required)
- Experience with shipping platforms or warehouse management systems
