About us
We are California Hot Sauce Solutions and we manufacture a lot of Hot Sauce every week in our Oceanside facility. We are looking for prep workers / production workers who want to join our crew and help us pump out pallets of quality, artisanal sauces.
We produce many different products -- no two days are the same, no two weeks are the same. Our work has been featured on Hot Ones.
Typical businss hours are 9-5 M-F (with occasional evening overlap). Total hours per week vary based on the production volume, but "typical" weeks are 30-40 hours. Time and a half is paid for any hours over 40 per week (or any hours over 8 per day).
Compensation is paid hourly and determined by experience. Expect it to be above-average when compared to typical kitchen work.
Responsibilities:
- Wash / weigh / prep raw ingredients
- Adhere to recipe weights and measurements
- Pack / label / cap bottles of product
- Pack / label cases of product
- Stack pallets of finished product
- Pick / pack outbound packages for shipment

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
