Responsibilities

• Primarily Engage with customers on the phone via inbound calls
• Assist clients with information about vacant land listings
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions at all times
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer support quality
• Navigate CRM and spreadsheets to give customers viable information

Skills

• Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles with strong calling skills
• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—that foster trust and clarity with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills for efficient data entry and documentation
• Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and offer effective solutions
• Bilingual capabilities enhance your ability to serve diverse client populations effectively
• Experience in sales or client services helps in understanding customer motivations and upselling opportunities
• Knowledge of call etiquette, active listening techniques, and problem resolution strategies

Hours

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
