We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. The primary responsibilities of this role are to drive sales numbers, perform product presentations, and maximize consumer sales engagement.

  • Has a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
  • Proficient in POS systems
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Basic math skills for calculations

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and implement and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to develop effective product assortments and ensure proper inventory levels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clientele
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Train and educate staff on merchandising best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, including product placement, pricing, and signage.

The Azure International is a privately owned business servicing large scale organizations nationwide in staffing, data collection, subsidized inventory activation, and various program enrollment. Our goal is to effectively assist government and public health organizations in consumer management, inventory merchandising, and feedback collection.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
