Description
Sales Director - Alvi Group:
Location: Southern Sweden (preferred)
Reports to: CEO
We’re not the loudest company in the room — but Zero % customer churn speaks pretty loudly for us.
As Sales Director, you’ll represent a group that consistently performs where it matters: precision, reliability, sustainability, and long-term customer loyalty. That makes your job both easier and more meaningful — because the product and delivery actually back up the promise.
Alvi Group is a high-quality industrial group with 60+ years of history, around 350 employees across Sweden, Norway, Poland, and China, and approximately SEK 600 million in revenue. We deliver high-precision injection moulding, tooling, and end-to-end plastics manufacturing for global & local customers — typically on long-term contracts.
A word from our current Sales Director:
“Some people are destined to sell sand in the Sahara. I’ve had the privilege of selling water in the Sahara. Injection moulding is a relationship business — and relationships are easier when the company you represent delivers top-class results year after year.”
Your mission
Your main goal is to win new business and grow existing accounts across Alvi Group — with a strong focus on Scandinavia and Northern Europe. You’ll be a key driver in strengthening Alvi’s position as a trusted partner for precision injection moulding.
What you’ll do
You’ll lead growth by combining structured sales work with genuine relationship-building:
- Identify, qualify, and win new customers — and expand business with existing accounts
- Work closely with Managing Directors across our companies to align market activity, pipeline, and priorities
- Map target markets, attend trade shows, and build a strong professional network
- Collaborate hands-on with technical and commercial teams to develop customer-specific solutions
- Build long-term partnerships based on trust, quality, delivery, and shared success
What we’re looking for
You likely bring 10+ years of international B2B sales experience, ideally from injection moulding / plastics manufacturing (or a closely related industrial/technical environment). You understand how to sell into engineering-led organisations — and you can hold your own in technical discussions.
We also think you are:
- Experienced in medical or regulated industries (strong plus)
- Market-oriented, self-driven, confident with people — and motivated by measurable results
- Structured and systematic (you follow up, you document, you close)
- Comfortable working in a decentralized group where collaboration matters
- Technically curious — engineering background is a plus (education or equivalent experience)
- Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken
- Willing to travel regularly for customer visits, fairs, and networking
Why us?
Because you’ll sell something that’s real.
You’ll work at the front end of high-precision plastics manufacturing — helping customers solve complex challenges with a partner they can trust. You’ll join a global group where people are down-to-earth, competent, and serious about getting better — always.
