Part-Time Café/Deli Assistant - The Granary Foodstore, Midleton
The Granary Foodstore, a busy café and deli in the heart of Midleton, is seeking a Part-Time Café/Deli Assistant to join our friendly team.
Position Details:
- Hours: Approx 17 - 20 hours per week
- Days: Tuesday to Saturday (closed Sundays & Mondays)
- Shift times: Daytime only, between 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Flexibility: Required, depending on roster
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Preparing and presenting food and beverages to a high standard
- Operating the till and handling cash/card transactions
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment
- Assisting with stock rotation and restocking displays
- Supporting team members in daily café/deli operations
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Previous café/deli or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a busy, team-focused environment
- A positive attitude, reliability and flexibility
