Role: Full Stack Developer I - (Graduate/Junior)

Location: Mallow, Co. Cork

Ashgrove is seeking a motivated graduate/Junior Full Stack Developer to join our fast-growing Mallow based team.

  • Contribute across the full project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement and implement scalable technical solutions.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, technical evaluations, and technology selection.
  • Actively collaborate in the strategic goals of the CI department,
  • Collaborate with department heads to define and measure KPIs and KQIs aligned to business objectives.
  • Liaise with Zoho support on complex integrations and enhancements.
  • Assist in the development and deployment of non-software based process improvement,

Requirements:
Technical Skills & Experience

  • Strong ability to analyse requirements, explore alternatives, and derive effective technical solutions to complex problems.
  • Proven experience in full stack development, with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Next.js, and PostgreSQL and other latest scripting languages. Experience with additional frameworks, languages, or databases is highly advantageous.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, with a strong understanding of business process automation and system integration.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated deployment practices.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, data modelling, scalability, and system maintainability.

Ashgrove uses the Zoho One platform. Experience with Deluge is not required; however, a strong foundation in general programming principles is essential to enable efficient review and adaptation of existing code.
