About HireRight:
Overview:
The Technical Consultant plays a critical role in implementing and supporting integrated technical solutions for clients, particularly where our systems interface with partner platforms such as Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). This role involves gathering and defining technical requirements, conducting business needs assessments, implementing solutions, and providing ongoing troubleshooting and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and system integrators to ensure timely delivery of integrated solutions.
  • Act as a technical resource to identify, track, and resolve issues.
  • Partner with senior team members to proactively address potential roadblocks.
  • Work cross-functionally with partners, product management, and development teams to onboard new customers efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal and external project managers to meet project deliverables.
  • Support sales engineers, account managers, and sales teams through technical discovery processes.
  • Provide consultation, implementation, and maintenance services for both new and existing customers.

Qualifications:
Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in technical consulting or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex technology projects to successful completion.
  • Experience with major ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Proficient in internet development technologies such as SOAP, REST, and SQL.
  • Strong working knowledge of XML structure, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of server and networking infrastructure.
  • Solid grasp of integration technologies and technical project management.

  • Strong understanding of functional roles within technical teams.
  • Effective team collaboration skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to coordinate work and potentially lead support or operations teams.
