This is a part-time, permanent role and requires flexibility to travel across Auckland..
Main responsibilities:
- Assist clients in addressing the needs identified in planning reports
- Ensure successful rehabilitation outcomes - addressing emergency needs
- Provide brief social work intervention when needed e.g. counselling when needed
- Ensure clients and their whānau are kept well informed of our support services and resources

- Annual Practicing certificate as registered Social Worker.
- Membership of SWRB and ANZASW
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Mental health and ACC experience are essential
- Must have full drivers license
