HR Coordinator

Location: South Dublin (Full-time, office based, NO HYBRID)
Reporting to: HR Operations Lead

Park Recruit are working with a leading European data centre delivery client, who are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations across Ireland and Europe. The role will ensure HR processes are delivered in line with best practice and employment legislation, while providing high-quality support across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Prepare and issue employee contracts and HR documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and new starter orientation
  • Assist with work permits and relocation processes

Employee Records & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems
  • Act as point of contact for statutory leave administration
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and employment legislation

Employee Relations

  • Respond to employee queries via a central HR mailbox
  • Support senior HR team members on employee relations matters
  • Coordinate resignation processes, exit interviews and return of company property
  • Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance records
  • Assist in preparation of training materials and reporting on feedback

HR Operations Support

  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Monitor absence records and liaise with line managers
  • Contribute to HR reporting, data accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives

Person Requirements

  • Relevant degree with a minimum of 2 years’ HR experience
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a busy HR environment
  • High level of attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, collaborative team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
