Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal
- making, and software implementation. This role will play a key part in defining

business requirements, optimising processes, and supporting the deployment of

software solutions. Experience with Intercom and Gainsight is preferred.

Job Duties

The Technical Architect will be responsible for conducting in-depth business analysis

across the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, data analysis,

testing, and implementation. The role requires the ability to translate complex

business needs into actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams

to drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Define configuration specifications and link to customer requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Define, document and the build of reporting and alerting requirements.
  • Design, document, and maintain system processes and business workflows.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, issue detection,

and enhanced customer value.
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques, providing

ongoing reports and recommendations.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics,

and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

  • Set up data integrations from disparate sources.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Work with senior management and project leads to prioritize business and

information needs.

  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Utilise Intercom, Gainsight and additional tech stacks to optimize customer

engagement and product adoption.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and

segmentation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Business

Objects), databases (SQL), and programming languages (XML, JavaScript,

JSON, or ETL frameworks).

  • Familiarity with Intercom, Gainsight, Salesforce and Gong is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools for data analysis (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to

detail.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and

reports.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

and present findings effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science,

Information Management, or Statistics.
- Fluency in English.

Pay: 106,000.00zł - 145,000.00zł per year
