In this role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Build effective partnerships with key business stakeholders across Global Sales & Marketing, Regional EMEA Leadership, Global/Regional Operations, and IT.-
- Leverage modern tools and cloud infrastructure to develop scalable data sets that meet business/operational reporting and analysis needs.- Develop optimized insight solutions. Design, develop, and test to ensure all data, reporting, and analytics solutions are accurate- Create and maintain dashboards to measure & monitor business performance- Perform data engineering tasks on an enterprise data platform environment- Write complex queries that profile, clean, extract, transform and merge a variety of data- Effectively prepare, document, and communicate insights.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, MIS, Business, or other relevant fields- 2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, and data transformation- High proficiency in business intelligence & visualization tools like Salesforce Analytics (including CRM Analytics), PowerBI, Tableau. Power BI expertise is a plus- Strong SQL skills. Demonstrated knowledge of relational databases.- Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations- Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.- Experience with database and programming tools like Snowflake, DBT, Qubole (Hive/Spark/Presto), Python, R, is a plus- Ability to establish time estimates, prioritization, and requirements for projects owned.
