Role Overview
Your main responsibilities:
- TDP Engineering:Lead the design and validation of Technical Data Packages (TDPs), ensuring compliance with military and industrial standards
- Military Training:Conduct hands-on workshops and technical onboarding for military trainees on end-to-end AM workflows
- CoE Operations:Manage the Rzeszów knowledge base and support on-site installations of industrial 3D printing solutions
- Technical Consulting:Optimize part design for production and provide expert troubleshooting for FDM, SLA, DMLS, and SLM technologies
- Project Management:Define technical requirements, project sequences, and delivery timelines for innovation projects
What you should bring:
- Education:BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design
- Experience:2+ years in Manufacturing, with a combination of Additive and Subtractive (Defense field Preferred)
- Technical Knowledge: proficiency in CAD (Fusion 360 / Solidworks) and 3D Scanning (preferred)
- Location:80% onsite presence in the Rzeszów regionis mandatory
- Languages:English (required); Polish and/or Ukrainian (Highly Preferred)
