The Role:
AMS, in partnership with a global pharmaceutical company, is seeking an English and Hebrew speaking recruiter to support the client’s Talent Acquisition team for the Israel market. The role offers the opportunity to manage end to end recruitment activities within a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Who are we looking for?

Recruiter with fluent or close to native level of English & Hebrew, curious in pharma recruitment, who will be involved in liaising with stakeholders on a day-to-day basis, will set and manage sourcing activities and help plan innovative resourcing strategies.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Leading an end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers and other senior stakeholders through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities.
  • Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
  • Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
  • Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Must have an experience in managing end to end recruitment processes and working directly with client senior stakeholders.
  • Must have experience in conducting interviews alongside Hiring Managers.
  • Must have full professional fluency in English and Hebrew both written and oral.
  • Personality to drive a change management within recruitment processes.
  • Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
