Senior Instructor / Day Service Coordinator - Disability Services (Limerick)
An established disability service in Limerick is seeking a Senior Instructor / Day Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a leadership role within a day service supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism, working within a person-centred, rights-based framework.

The Role
- Lead and support a team delivering high-quality, individualised programmes
- Coordinate day services in line with New Directions
- Work closely with families, MDTs and external agencies
- Support service planning, reporting and quality standards
- Participate in an on-call rota
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in intellectual disability services
- Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Psychology, Applied Social Studies, Teaching or similar
- Experience leading and supervising staff teams
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and New Directions
- Full clean driving licence
