Park Recruit is partnering with a global leader in modular and offsite construction to support the growth of its Advanced Design & Engineering team at a Centre of Excellence based in Monaghan.
Due to a strong and long-term project pipeline, our client is establishing a new specialist team focused on the design and development of advanced closed-panel timber frame systems for large-scale US-based construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly established offsite manufacturing business at an early stage of team expansion, offering genuine career progression, technical development and long-term stability.
The Opportunity
You will work as part of a collaborative, forward-thinking design and engineering function, contributing to the delivery of innovative, high-performance building systems for international projects. The role offers exposure to advanced construction methodologies and integrated building systems within a structured and supportive environment.
Key Requirements
- Background in Architecture or Engineering (Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist or Design Engineer).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in timber frame construction preferred (full training and upskilling provided).
- Strong understanding of structural detailing and timber frame construction principles.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated problem solver who performs well in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- A positive, team-focused mindset with a desire to learn, grow and progress.
