Description
What we expect:
- Must be available to work from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
- Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday inclusive) and mid week.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Willingness to try and learn new practices.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Good level of English required.
- Must have the legal right to work in Ireland
Requirements:
- Proven experience (preferably 5 years) in a similar role, preferably food and drinks focused.
- Passion for all things food related.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a fast paced environment

- Please note: the hours will be based over the weekend and mid week, at minimum 4 days a week.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Monasterboice, County Louth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
